Our Education department (7 FTE) successfully markets the training proposition of the other 7 business units, Xebia IT Architects, Xebia Software Development, Agile Consulting, Training, GoDataDriven, Test Automation, Security and Xpirit. The training range is rich and varied. In addition to our internal consultants and trainers, we have partnerships with gurus relevant within our fields of expertise. This includes Jeff Sutherland, Arlen Bankston,Dan North, Gunter Verheyen, Nicole Belilos, Gojko Adzic and Daniel Steinberg.
Your role is focused on account responsibility for the entire project within the required market segments, i.e. new acquisition, generating appointments, the presentation of proposals, positioning best practices, quotations and after-sales of our training range.
Active and passionate acquisition enables you to independently start up creative sales processes, and to advertise and expand our high-end education propositions.
You are able to manage your relations in a natural, authentic way, communicating at several levels. You serve as a mature, fully accountable point of contact for IT and other executives. You can successfully manage both straightforward and complex sales cycles.
Together with your coworkers, you set the course for the commercial policy and you specify and implement it. You have extensive freedom to make your own choices and take your responsibility.
